Cards and security

1. General provisions

1.1. Payment by bank cards is made through the payment operator PlexyPay (or another operator indicated on the payment page). The Provider is not a payment operator.

1.2. Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay cards are accepted — subject to technical availability.

1.3. Card details are entered exclusively on the secure page of the payment operator, not on the Website.

2. Payment procedure

2.1. On the payment operator's page you need to provide: the card number, the cardholder's name, the expiry date and the security code (CVV2 / CVC2).

2.2. The security code is the three digits on the back of the card.

2.3. After entering the data, you may be redirected to the bank's page to pass 3-D Secure. If you do not receive the code, contact your bank.

2.4. The payment is deemed made after confirmation is received from the payment operator.

3. Security

3.1. The Provider does not receive, process or store full bank card details. Processing is performed by the operator in accordance with the PCI DSS standards.

3.2. Card data is transmitted over encrypted communication channels.

3.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Reasons for payment refusal

  • the card is not enabled for online payments;
  • insufficient funds;
  • incorrect details;
  • the card has expired;
  • rejection by the bank under its internal rules.

5. Liability for payment transactions

5.1. The Provider is not liable for failures of the payment operator, banks and communication channels.

5.2. The Customer undertakes to use only cards belonging to them. If fraud is suspected, the Provider may cancel the order.

5.3. In the case of an unjustified chargeback, the Provider may block access, present evidence that the service was rendered and recover its costs.

6. Refunds

6.1. Cash refunds are not made. The procedure is set out in the Refund Policy.

6.2. To request a refund, contact dalavision1@gmail.com stating your full name, the payment date, the amount and the reason.

6.3. The crediting period is up to 30 calendar days from the moment the refund is confirmed by the operator.
